Terms and Policies
$400 deposit required for reservation.
1/2 of total plus $400 deposit due at booking.
1/2 due 2 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 14 days of request, must pay full amount.
Cleaning fee of $100 will be deducted from deposit.
- Linens are provided for the beds, but tenants must bring their own towels.
Balance of deposit will be returned after house is inspected and cleaned.
- Occupancy Limit: no more than 10 persons are allow to occupy the house.
Cancellation Policy: deposit will not be refunded if canceled within 15 days unless we can rebook. Weather delays are not refundable.
